The best performing students are offered permanent positions with the company. Language skills
English is the company's official working language, and as such is a pre-requisite for being hired to work for StarSoft. All process and project-related documentation only exists in English. Over 85% of our staff have sufficient command of English to be comfortable directly communicating with clients on a daily basis via email, IM, phone, or Skype. The company provides complimentary on-site language trainings to employees who wish to enhance their English skills.
